DELIVERY TIMES
Due to the fact that we are a very small team dedicated to quality, the average wait time for an order to be delivered is about 12 days - 3 weeks. However sometimes when there is a spike in the amount of orders, that wait time can increase to about 3-4 months. Keep in mind, this depends on the time of year and the items you have orders so delivery time can be more or less. We strive for quality and satisfaction which is why each order comes with free stickers at no extra cost. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Due to the fact that all items are made to order, all sales are final unless otherwise stated by us.
ORDER DELAYS
Please note: Sometimes we can experience delays causing a delay in shipment. By pressing checkout on the checkout page, you acknowledge that delays in delivery of your order are possible and in the case of an order delay you will receive your item, just may take longer than expected. Due to the fact that all items are made to order and each item is unique, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel there is a $10 fee if your cancellation is approved. We are not responsible for any customers who failed to read these terms and conditions before placing an order.

Customs and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. PO Boxes
Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS first-class. Tracking numbers are available through USPS until international package leaves the United States. Once your package leaves the United States it is then in the hands of your local post office and will not have a tracking number.
